INTRODUCING IN-APP WORKPAPERS HELP: INSTANT GUIDANCE, RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED IT

To help your team work more efficiently and consistently, we're excited to release our new In-App Workpapers Help Content. Now you can get step-by-step guidance on how to use our powerful Excel workpaper templates without ever leaving your workflow.

HOW IT WORKS FOR YOUR TEAM

We've made accessing instructions simple and intuitive. You'll find that the help content is tailored to the specific worksheet you're using, giving you relevant instructions when you need them most.

You can access the new help content in two ways:

• Directly in the Worksheet: Look for the new Help button within the worksheet template itself (see 'Availability' section below)
• From the Index: Open the Record Details window for a workpaper record.

A POWERFUL NEW TOOL FOR FIRM ADMINISTRATORS

This feature also introduces a new way to standardise your firm's procedures. Firm Administrators can now:

• View our master help content for each template.
• Create a firm-specific version by either copying and editing our master guide or writing your own from scratch.
• Ensure consistency by providing your team with a single source of truth that reflects your firm's unique methodology.

AVAILABILITY

We are rolling this feature out gradually, beginning with our most popular worksheet templates. Keep an eye out for the new help button appearing in more of your workpapers over the coming weeks.

IMPROVEMENTS

We've also made significant performance upgrades to the Workpapers Index page. Binders will now load noticeably faster, and scrolling through long lists of workpapers is smoother than ever, helping you get to the work that matters with less waiting.

NEW FEATURES

HONOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS FOR EXCEL SOURCES ON REIMPORT

Users can now toggle a new setting against any Excel data source to treat the account number as the account’s unique identifier. This ensures that when reimporting data, the system retains the original account number even if the account name has changed — helping to maintain consistency and avoid unwanted remapping.
